Checkout uses the date of birth entered to confirm that the customer is at least 21 and requires an affirmative 21+ certification. The entered birth date is evaluated in the browser and is not stored with the order.
Additional verification
GlazedVIP may require additional identity, age or destination verification for particular products, orders or jurisdictions. An order may be held, rejected or canceled if required verification cannot be completed.
Delivery verification
Some products, destinations or carriers may require adult signature or other delivery-level verification. When required, customers must cooperate with those carrier or delivery requirements.
False information
Providing false age or identity information is prohibited. GlazedVIP may refuse or cancel orders when submitted information appears inconsistent, fraudulent or ineligible.
Product restrictions
Age requirements do not override product-specific laws or destination restrictions. A customer meeting the minimum age does not guarantee that every product can lawfully be purchased or shipped to every location.
