This notice explains the information used to operate GlazedVIP analytics, checkout, orders, accounts, marketing and support.
Last updated August 30, 2026Checkout collects contact and shipping details, order contents, policy acceptance and the minimum technical information needed to prevent repeated or abusive checkout attempts. The shopping bag and age-gate confirmation are also stored locally in your browser.
GlazedVIP records privacy-limited traffic analytics so we can understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. Analytics may include an anonymous browser identifier, a session identifier, page path, referring website domain, UTM campaign values, broad device type and event time.
The visitor analytics system does not intentionally store IP addresses, email addresses, names, full user-agent strings or wallet addresses. The anonymous visitor identifier is stored locally in the browser and a session identifier is stored for the current browser session. Browser Do Not Track signals are respected by this analytics feature.
Your date of birth is used in the browser to confirm that you are at least 21. The checkout records the successful 21+ attestation and time, not the birth date entered.
Crypto payment is initiated through DePay and approved in your wallet. We store public blockchain transaction details needed to verify and support the order. We never request or store wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
If you create an account, we keep your email, profile name, order links, referral code, referral attribution and any earned referral credit. Referral links contain a code that identifies the referring account.
GlazedVIP uses Supabase for accounts, catalog, order infrastructure and privacy-limited visitor analytics, GitHub Pages for the storefront, Resend for opted-in and transactional email, public blockchain infrastructure for transaction verification, and DePay for the wallet payment interface.
Marketing email is optional and requires affirmative consent. We record the email, consent time and signup source, and may issue the advertised single-use code. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method; transactional order messages are separate from marketing consent.
Browser push is also optional and requires permission on each device. If enabled, we store that device’s push endpoint and encryption keys so we can deliver the selected account, store or order updates. You can disable push from the site or your browser settings at any time.
We retain order and account information as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain business records and meet applicable legal or payment-provider obligations. Access to administrative data and visitor analytics is restricted, and sensitive service credentials are kept server-side.
You may contact GlazedVIP to request correction of account or order information, ask questions about retained personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
