These terms describe the conditions that apply to use of the GlazedVIP storefront and purchases made through the site.

The storefront is intended for adults age 21 and older. Customers may be required to complete additional age or identity verification before an order can be accepted, shipped or delivered.
Product and destination eligibility
GlazedVIP sells and fulfills products only when they may lawfully be offered and shipped to the destination involved. Orders may be rejected or canceled when a product, customer, address or fulfillment method is ineligible.
Pricing, payment and inventory
Pricing, promotions and inventory are confirmed at checkout. Payment does not guarantee fulfillment if inventory, compliance, fraud-prevention or destination checks later prevent the order from being completed. When an accepted payment cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Promotions and referrals
Referral codes are generated automatically for customer accounts and cannot be chosen, transferred or edited. When rewards are enabled, the referrer earns store credit equal to 10% of the merchandise subtotal after discounts on each confirmed referred sale. Shipping, tax, canceled orders, refunded orders, self-referrals, duplicate accounts and abusive activity are excluded. Store credit has no cash value and may be reversed when an order is canceled or refunded.
Shipping and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for complying with any delivery or age-verification requirements. Carrier delays outside GlazedVIP's reasonable control do not by themselves create a right to a refund, although we will assist with legitimate lost, damaged or misrouted shipment claims.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy published on this website. Eligible non-consumable items generally must be unused and returned within the stated return window. Consumable, ingestible, opened, used and hygiene-sensitive products may be final sale except where applicable law requires a remedy.
Responsible use
Products are intended only for lawful adult use. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable possession, use, storage and transport requirements after lawful delivery.
Order review and fraud prevention
GlazedVIP may request additional information, decline transactions, limit quantities or cancel orders when reasonably necessary to verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with payment-provider requirements or satisfy legal and regulatory obligations.
Policy updates
These terms may be updated as the catalog, payment processing, fulfillment methods or applicable requirements change. The version posted at the time an order is placed will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
