Where does GlazedVIP ship?
GlazedVIP ships eligible products within the United States where product, destination and carrier rules allow fulfillment. Some products may not be available to every state, jurisdiction or address.
Will packaging be discreet?
Orders are packed in plain exterior packaging except for labeling, documentation or markings required by law or the shipping carrier.
How do returns work?
Eligible unused non-consumable merchandise may generally be returned within 14 days after confirmed delivery. Consumable, ingestible, opened, used or hygiene-sensitive products may be final sale. How do I check my order?
Use the Order Status page with the order number and checkout email. The secure link shown after checkout can also open the order directly.
How do I know whether an item can ship to me?
Availability can vary by destination and applicable requirements. GlazedVIP may contact you or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled to the submitted address.
