Know what each status means and where to find your tracking link.

Save your order number

Checkout creates an order number beginning with GV-. Save it with the checkout email address or use the secure order-status link displayed after checkout.

Open order status

Choose Order Lookup from the site or visit the order-status page. Enter the GV order number and the same email address used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also see claimed orders in their account.

Read the payment status

Awaiting payment means no matching transfer has been confirmed. Confirming payment means the transfer was detected and is collecting required blockchain confirmations. Paid means verification completed and inventory was finalized.

Follow fulfillment

Unfulfilled means the paid order is waiting to be packed. When the order ships, the page shows the carrier, tracking number, and a carrier tracking link. The customer also receives an email update at the checkout address.

Get help with an exception

A payment exception may appear if a transfer arrived after the quote window, used the wrong asset or amount, or needs manual review. Contact support with the order number and public transaction ID—never a wallet recovery phrase.
